We want you to love your Google Nest and home products, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned hardware must be in its original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
Initiate Your Return
Visit your Google Store order history, select the item you wish to return, and click the 'Return' button to start the process.
Prepare the Package
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and packing slip, then securely place your device and all original components into the box.
Ship the Item
Attach the shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your device, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
